Short, because there is not much to say: we take enquiries, we answer them, and we keep only what that requires.
What we collect
When you contact us through WhatsApp, the enquiry form or by email, we receive the details you send: your name, contact number or email, and what you tell us about your project. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the only use.
How long
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, then deleted. Project records are kept for the period required for warranty and statutory obligations.
Who else sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run our messaging, email and customer records. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics
We use standard website analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This is aggregate and does not identify you personally.

Write to info@redesignfitout.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
