Eight years of handing over on the date
Redesign Technical Services Contracting Co. L.L.C is a design and build fit-out contractor in Dubai. Offices, restaurants, retail and homes — one contract that carries the drawings, the authority approvals, the trades and the programme.
We are not the largest contractor in this city. What we sell is narrower and easier to check: the handover date on page one is the date you get the keys, and every project we publish carries its area, its programme and the month it was handed over.
What stands behind the dates
Licences and permits are the boring part of contracting, and the part that decides whether your programme is real.
Limited Liability Company registered with the Department of Economic Development, Dubai.
Lets us submit and build inside DDA-governed developments without going through a third party.
The permit that makes restaurant and food-service work possible at all.
A named delegate registered with Civil Defence — submissions and inspections are ours to run, not yours.
Engineering registration behind the technical drawings we submit.
Contractor's all-risk and third-party cover for every site we open.
The people on your project
Seven names, not a stock photo library. These are the people who answer the phone, sign the drawings and stand on the site.

Civil engineering degree from the University of Salford in the UK. Founded the company and still signs off the programme on every project.

Civil engineering background. Holds the relationships with architects, engineers and suppliers, and answers for scope, budget and date.

BSc in construction management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Runs the projects he manages from mobilisation to handover.

Tashkent Architectural Institute, more than thirteen years in the field. Keeps the design team and the site team saying the same thing.

Coordinates between departments and the planner so that what is drawn is what gets built.
Runs the site team day to day. Detailed knowledge of materials, sequencing and what actually holds on site.

More than twenty years in finance. Responsible for the accounting behind the payment stages you are invoiced against.
Four things worth knowing
No sales language below — just how the work is actually organised.
Most fit-out delays are born between contracts — the designer waits for the contractor, the contractor waits for the authority, and the client chases both. We hold all of it: technical drawings, submissions, own crews on the critical trades, snagging and warranty. There is nobody to point at when a date slips, which is exactly the point.
Each format answers to a different gatekeeper. Offices go through building management and the DDA. Restaurants go through Dubai Municipality and food control. Mall retail goes through the landlord's fit-out manual and the mall authority. Homes go through community and developer NOCs. We hold the permits and the registered Civil Defence delegate that make those queues ours to manage.
Thirteen delivered projects are published on this site, each with its area, its programme, its scope of works and the month it was handed over — taken from our own delivery register rather than written for the website. Where photography of a project is still being collected, we say so instead of showing somebody else's room.
Office 176, European Business Center, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE. We work across the city — the districts where we have handed over are listed on the home page.
Tell us the handover date.
We will tell you if it is real — and what it takes to hold it.
