What stands behind the dates
Licences and permits are the boring part of contracting, and the part that decides whether your programme is real.
Covers our registered design, technical and contracting activities — one licensed company responsible from design through execution.
Required for renovation and fit-out involving layout changes. Drawings, submissions and NOCs are prepared in-house.
Required in DDA-regulated developments. Technical drawings, submissions and the approval process stay with the team delivering the project.
Required when works affect fire and life-safety systems. Our delegate runs the drawings, submissions, inspections and final approval.
Required for fit-out under Trakhees jurisdiction — managed directly, without bringing in a separate third party.

Civil engineering graduate from the University of Salford, UK, with more than twelve years in the industry. Founded REDESIGN and oversees the company's projects, commercial decisions and delivery standards.

Graduate of Tashkent Architectural Institute with more than seventeen years of experience. Leads architectural planning and technical design, keeping concepts practical, coordinated and buildable.
BSc in construction management from Glasgow Caledonian University, more than eleven years in the field. Runs projects from mobilisation to handover — programme, site teams, quality and delivery.
Civil engineering graduate from the Philippines with more than ten years across five-star hotels, villas and fit-out projects. Coordinates technical drawings, quantities and site requirements so execution matches the set.
More than twenty-five years in fit-out and construction. Runs day-to-day site operations — trades, materials, quality and execution against the approved drawings and programme.
More than twenty years in finance. Manages project accounts, payment schedules and cost tracking, keeping project finances transparent and aligned with each stage of delivery.
Coordinates project management, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors. Keeps materials, information and site requirements aligned. Helps prevent delays and keeps execution on schedule.
Four things worth knowing
No sales language below — just how the work is actually organised.
Most fit-out delays are born between contracts — the designer waits for the contractor, the contractor waits for the authority, and the client chases both. We hold all of it: technical drawings, submissions, own crews on the critical trades, snagging and warranty. There is nobody to point at when a date slips, which is exactly the point.
Each format answers to a different gatekeeper. Offices go through building management and the DDA. Restaurants go through Dubai Municipality and food control. Mall retail goes through the landlord's fit-out manual and the mall authority. Homes go through community and developer NOCs. We hold the permits and the registered Civil Defence delegate that make those queues ours to manage.
This site publishes 21 delivered projects, each with its area, its programme, its scope of works and the month it was handed over — taken from our own delivery register rather than written for the website. Where photography of a project is still being collected, we say so instead of showing somebody else's room.
